Founded by Mrs. Sandhya Gupta, whose journey reflects resilience and determination. Coming from a humble background in Delhi, she witnessed first-hand how limited access to career awareness and guidance can restrict potential — especially for women and young students.
When faced with societal and familial barriers, she chose not to accept limitations. Instead, she stood firmly for her daughters' education and career planning, researching opportunities and ensuring informed decisions.
What began as a mother's commitment evolved into a larger mission: No student or parent should struggle due to lack of career guidance.
That mission became Arjuna Career Counselling Services.
